Our agreement with the hotel has indicated that our guests will be making their reservations individually. Guests can call into the Reservations Department at 1-877-913-1333 and refer to the WEICHERT SC & NC BROKER COUNCIL to receive the group rate. Please note, per the contract, a first nights deposit is required upon making a reservation. The deposit will be totally refundable up to 7 Days prior to the stay if the guest did need to cancel.

Cocktail hour/mix and mingle with hors d’oeuvres & dinner stations set up along with 3-4 bar stations.
8:00 pm – approximately 10:00 pm
Awards event recognizing our Top Producers from Georgia, North Carolina & South Carolina followed by live music & dancing until midnight.
